Smokey and textural, Equinox is a momentary sketch of the late autumn harvest.
Drawing on a French mountain tradition, our gentiane recreates a historically alpine genre with botanicals endemic to mid-Atlantic. Working with co-fermented base of sweet potatoes and hybrid grapes, Equinox reorients the gentiane genre to a southern Appalachian perspective.
Plays Well with Brandy, Whiskey, Old Tom Gin. Use in place of Suze for a decidedly darker cocktail or add an ounce to your Old Fashioned.

Aging: 4 months with 74% American oak and 26% hickory wood
