This Rosé Sec NV is a Charmat Method sparkling wine made from a vast majority of Gamay and Cabernet Franc, the Loire’s two most prominent red grapes. The remainder of the blend, some 15-20 percent, is a combination of Grenache, Syrah and Pineau d’Aunis. Bright, with a touch of sweet to soften it. A fun quaffer, or food wine at 11% abv
