From the Winery:
60% Cinsault, 40% Grenache
Drinking “regalade” consists of drinking without bringing the container to the mouth. Our grandparents drank this way, from a flask, especially during the grape harvest.
This vintage marks the return of a long-neglected Languedoc grape variety:
CINSAULT. Drought resistant, it grows perfectly in hot climates. It is one of the oldest grape varieties in the South of France.
Easy to drink, you will savor the deliciousness of fresh fruit flavors.
Tasting advice:
The Red Régalade is enjoyed as an aperitif with a platter of local charcuterie, a bacon and onion fougasse, a country pâté.
