Wine Type: Rosé
Varietal(s): 40% Gamay, 40% Cabernet Franc and 20% Pinot Noir
Age of vines: 25 years
Vinification: Part of this cuvee is produced with 12 hours skin maceration; the other part is from directly pressed grapes. Part of the wine is aged in oak for a few months. Slightly filtered before bottling.
Pairings: This wine is the perfect friend for barbecue, salads and of course aperitif. This is ideal for warm days in the garden, as well as elegant poultry dishes.
