Flavor Profile: Fresh and Typical. Dry, fresh and well balanced; straw yellow with greenish highlights, it is characterized by a fresh bouquet reminiscent of white flowers and fresh fruit. Excellent as an aperitif, it also goes well with fish and poultry.
