Type: Cuvee Tradition
Region: Cotes de Provence
This cuvee is mainly made with Tibouren. After 12 to 18 months spent in hundred-year-old casks, the wine is bottled. It has a salmon-orange color. The nose is enchanting, warm, and matures into smooth spicy aromas. Winy, mellow, surprisingly mineral on the palate.
Assemblage: Tibouren 90% Grenache 10%
Pairings: small mediterranean red mullets or a lamb curry.
