We are open for customers (and for pickup):

  • Monday - Thursday: 11a - 8p
  • Friday & Saturday: 11a - 9p
  • Sunday: 11a - 6p

Delivery hours are:

  • Monday - Thursday: 12n - 7p
  • Friday & Saturday: 12n - 8p
  • Sunday: 12n - 5p
Question What are your general terms of service?

Wine is subject to availability.

Crystal City Wine Shop reserves the right to correct pricing or cancel orders due to circumstances beyond our control.

You must be 21+ to purchase alcohol or to receive a delivery containing alcohol.

The wines, beers, and other products listed on this website are only for pickup at/delivery from 220 20th Street S, Arlington, VA 22202.

Question How does delivery work?
Answer

We will contact you via phone, email, or text when your order is ready for pickup and will hold your order until you are able to retrieve it from the Shop.

Delivery minimum is $29.99.

When you place an order, you will be given an option to select either 1) ASAP delivery, 2) scheduled delivery 'Same Day', or 3) schedule delivery 'Next Day'. These options are based on calendar day, and so please be aware the current time when you are placing an order. There are also options for placing gift orders and orders to be delivered on a future date. If there are questions, we will call to confirm delivery times. The courier will also call to inform you that they are in transit with your items.

Please present your ID when it is requested either at pickup or when your items are delivered.

We make every attempt to deliver items correctly and promptly, within the legal framework allowed by VA ABC, on the first attempt. If you are unable to present an ID and are unable to receive the alcoholic beverages for any reason (underage, intoxicated, not present at the address, etc.) and the items are returned to the Shop, you are liable for a restocking fee, if you request a refund. If you request another delivery attempt, you will be charged a re-delivery fee.

Question Can I return products?
Answer

Wine, beer, and cider cannot be returned unless it is faulty. Faults are determined by Shop management and, in such case, replacement or credit will be offered.

All other items may be returned under the discretion of management.
