Varietals: Olaszrizling, Furmint
Base wine made from Organic grapes and fermented in steel tanks. Second fermentation up to 5 bars in 0.375L bottles using traditional method. Maturation with lees at least for 4-6 months. Undisgorged. Brut Nature.
Tasting Notes: Citrus, lime, green apple and yeast notes. Fine bubbles and creamy texture.
