M5 is Margerum’s flagship wine. It is modeled after top wines from southern France – specifically Chateauneuf-du-Pape. It’s a go-to wine since it drinks well with every occasion and almost every type of cuisine.
Doug Margerum has been involved in the Santa Barbara food and wine scene for over 35 years. The philosophy behind Margerum winery is to return winemaking to its previous form of production – handcrafted and personal. They produce limited quantities of wines made from grapes grown on both their Estate vineyard and grapes purchased from other top vineyards from in and around Santa Barbara County.
