Summer is here in full force and it may have you thinking about the “ice cold beer” of the country songs and TV beer commercials. That works great for many commercial lagers and light beers, and to some extent it depends on personal taste. On the other hand, most craft beers will have a lot more flavor served closer to room temperature.
