Rosé is made with a blend of Red-Fleshed and Goldrush Apples. Because ANXO takes an #ApplesOnly approach and uses no adjuncts to alter the color of our Rosé the degree of red or pink hue varies from harvest to harvest. While some years that color might be vibrant and red, other years it might be a lighter pinkish hue. Regardless of the color the cider is always tart, fruity, and refreshing.
