Tasting Notes:
With a garnet red color and orange veins. Full-bodied and imposing, the tannic structure makes it an enveloping and persuasive red viro on the taste buds. Very persistent and intense, it is an excellence suitable for lovers of more refined tannics.
On the nose, floral and fruity notes dominate over violet notes, such as violet, rose and cherry. Then follow the smells of sweet spices and notes of roots and aromatic herbs. The olfactory profile is excellent and stands out for its extreme finesse
About the Winery:
Bricco Asili was the first winery built by Bruno and Marcello Ceretto, in 1973. The idea was to create a place dedicated to vinification and ageing, building it precisely in the place where the grapes come from, based on French château model. Currently, grapes from three exceptional climat are processed: Bernadot from Treiso, Gallina from Neive and Asili from Barbaresco.
