Multiple plots from their family vineyards, consisting of chalk and clay soils.  Direct press, malo completed. Not fined or filtered. Zero additions, except for 20mg/L SO2 before bottling. Aged in used barrels for 11 months. 11% ABV
Tasting Notes: Cool and crisp with so much purity! Chalky, with notes of stone fruits, apples, lemon, lime and flint. Big energy and brightness on the palate, great lift. Lively stone fruit, medium plus acidity, and mild texture. Very bright and easy to drink. Lemon, lime and fresh cut apple linger. Super clean, fresh, zesty and perky. Tension builds with air, offering a beautiful finish. Mouthwatering and so so good!
