Grape: Unknown(probably Nebbiolo), 15 year old vines
Soil: Clay, Limestone
Vino Frizzante, Piemonte, Italy
Winemaking: The grapes are destemmed and macerated for four to twelve hours. Fermented in demijohn and homemade porcelain jars for three months. Intentionally bottled with residual sugar.
