Made from various olives – Coreggiolo, Moraiolo, Altri – around the Fontodi property in Panzano, Chianti Classico.  Picked by hand and pressed the same day to keep fragrancy.
This is real EVOO. The golden nectar of the gods. This isn’t for frying up in your pan.  It’s a legit, elixir to pour over basil, tomatoes, and mozzarella, or any toasted bread.  Just smelling this can put you in a dream state.
