After more than 20 years of aging in old 700L casks, this Malvasia has become concentrated and dense with bright color and denoting aromas of dried fruits and nuts, a juicy palate of cane honey, seaweed and salted dark chocolate. It goes perfectly with vanilla ice cream, fruitcake, and hard cheeses like Gruyère, Cheddar, and Pecorino.
