PNK Salt, a certified organic rose, is predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with a touch of Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Early Muscat, and Sauvignon Blanc. From a single vineyard in Columbia Gorge, it undergoes a light pressing and native yeast fermentation, resulting in a well-balanced wine with full malolactic fermentation. Unfiltered and unfined, it expresses the unique character of the region’s Mazama ash and loess soils.
