2 months with lees stirring (bâtonnage) of fine lees in tank.
Blanco de Tempranillo emerged from the curiosity to know what the flesh, or the heart of our Indigenous grape, known as Tempranillo, could offer us. How does one obtain white wine from a red grape? In France, people call this wine type “blanc de noir”. We carry out the harvest in advance in order to pick grapes at their ultimate expression of freshness and acidity. The result is this light wine; fresh, pleasing and straight forward, that we recommend with many aperitifs, bringing a refreshing sensation of citrus and ripe fruit.
