Family owned and operated since 1790, all our wines and cavas are made from grapes from vineyards cultivated organically and biodynamically.
At Parés Baltà we have 5 estates located in the Penedès region, at altitudes ranging from 180 to 800 metres above sea level and from 10 to 50 km from the sea. This disparity of altitudes and proximity to the Mediterranean gives us a great diversity of climates and terroirs that define and characterise the 16 grape varieties we grow, giving our wines and cavas the ability to express the intrinsic qualities of their place of origin.
