This beautiful wine will be one you will desire to add to your collection The grapes were hand-harvested in early October from vineyards in Calistoga and Spring Mountain. They were then hand-sorted and fermented in small batches to ensure optimal quality. The wine has a deep ruby color with aromas of black cherry, plum, and cocoa noted first followed by black licorice, baking spices, and vanilla; with a rich, bold mouthfeel and smooth tannins that coat the palate with a long finish.

Varietal: 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 1% Petit Verdot
Barrel Aging: 22 months, 80% new French Oak
Filtering: Unfined and unfiltered
