Grapes, handpicked in the cool morning hours, flow to the winery where minimal handling of the wine, quality assurance and attention to detail help to create wines of exceptional quality, taste and affordability.
Originally planted by the Miller family in 1978, the vineyard is located on a unique southern exposure in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA at a 300 foot elevation, south of Dayton. This hilltop location, rich soil, and cool climate viticulture region of Oregon combine to create an ideal growing environment.
Estate Vineyard features three clones of Pinot Noir; Wädenswil from the original cuttings David Lett acquired in the 1970s, as well as Pommard and 777.
