“I like the slate, flint and stone aromas to the sliced apples and white dried pineapple. Lemon curd. Some honeysuckle, too. Full-bodied, with a creamy texture and extremely long finish. Complete and beautiful. So well crafted. Drink or hold. Screw cap.”
